Robert N. Swain

Robert Swain is an Asset Management Analyst at Palisades Group since February 2023, with a strong background in investment analysis and underwriting. Previous experience includes roles as an Investment Analyst at AlphaFlow, where Robert developed operational risk analysis and contributed to automating underwriting processes, and as an Underwriter at Guaranteed Rate. Early career positions include a Real Estate Development Intern at Ansay Development Corporation, supporting project financing and analysis, as well as roles in finance and sales at Crescent Electric Supply Company and Special Spaces. Robert earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington in 2019, following graduation from Marquette University High School in 2015.
