Deborah Shanley

Deborah Shanley is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in employee relations and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Relations at The Paper Store since April 2018, Deborah previously held varying leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources and FP Multi Manager for New England at Coach Leatherware. Notable earlier positions include Regional Director for the East Coast at Gymboree Corporation and Sesame Street Retail, as well as Vice President of Retail for the US and Canada at Blinds To Go. Deborah's career began at Gymboree, where a progression of roles culminated in serving as Regional Manager for the Northeast. Deborah holds a degree from Suffolk University.
