Kayla Cove

Kayla Cove is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the music and events industry. Currently serving as an Agent Assistant at Sound Talent Group since June 2023, Kayla has also worked as a Stagehand at DJUSA and The Paramount, where responsibilities included equipment setup, cabling, and event organization. Previous roles include bookings and artist relations at The Paramount, line management for the Hamptons International Film Festival, and event coordination at The Emporium. Kayla's foundational experience was gained at McDonald's Corporation, where managerial skills were developed. A graduate of Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science in Music Business, Kayla combines practical experience with strong organizational and project support abilities.
