Alyssa Quevedo

Alyssa Quevedo has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Alyssa started their career as a Corporate Management Trainee at Hyatt Regency Chicago in 2002, where they held multiple roles including Assistant FO Manager, Assistant Exec Housekeeper, Renovation Manager. During their time there, they spearheaded a major renovation project and managed room inventory and housekeeping.

In 2005, Alyssa became the Front Office & Guest Services Manager at Hyatt Regency Orange County, where they successfully managed a team of employees across 4 departments and implemented various initiatives to improve guest experience and increase revenue.

Alyssa then joined SBE Entertainment in 2007 as a Corporate Operations Manager - Hotels, overseeing strategic operations, sourcing, and supply chain for cross-functional business units. Alyssa played a key role in opening multiple hotel properties and managed budgets for development and operations.

In 2012, Alyssa joined Florida International University as an Associate Director Business Development, where they worked with the Executive Director to set budgets and execute strategic plans for business development, marketing, and outreach. Alyssa also collaborated on the design and development of customized learning products for the hospitality industry.

Since 2014, Alyssa has been working at The Parker Company, initially as a Project Director and later as a Senior Project Director. Their responsibilities include global project management, budgeting, sourcing, supply chain, and procurement.
