Jill Geehr

Jill Geehr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as a Partner in the Organization Design and Implementation Practice at The Partnering Group since October 2021, Jill previously held the same role at the firm from June 2017 to January 2019. Since December 2020, Jill has been a Work Consultant for Spirit Consulting, focusing on various work psychology needs. As the Owner of Insights2Talent, LLC since July 2003, Jill specializes in talent management and executive development. Earlier career roles include AVP of Human Resources at CSX Transportation and Vice President at Drake Beam Morin. Jill holds a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Tulane University and a B.S. in Psychology from Duke University.
