Heather Keenan Spruill

Heather Keenan Spruill has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Heather started their career in 1997 at TravelSmith, where they worked as an Outfitter and also handled data entry projects for various departments. In 1999, they joined TravelSmith Outfitters as a Call Center Schedule Analyst and later became a Human Resources Benefits & Payroll Coordinator. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Budget Analyst and Internet Support Supervisor at TravelSmith Outfitters. In 2006, they joined The Pasha Group as an HR Representative and eventually held various roles, including HR Generalist and Manager of Human Resources. Most recently, they were the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at The Pasha Group. Throughout their career, they demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, policy development, employee relations, and performance management.
