Dee Simone

Dee Simone is a dedicated Mental Health Counselor at The Peacemaker Center, where work began in August 2020 following nearly a decade of experience in non-profit ministry. With a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University, Dee combines a passion for psychology with a commitment to providing compassionate therapeutic support. A former Counseling Intern, responsibility included writing curriculum for an online DBT group for women, focusing on mindfulness and emotional regulation. Additionally, as a self-employed Special Education At-Home Support provider, Dee has developed strong therapeutic relationships to assist individuals with special needs. Prior roles include Development Assistant at The Culture Project International and Communications Assistant at the Theology of the Body Institute, demonstrating experience in communication and organizational skills across various sectors.
