Kayla Johnson

Graduate Assistant at Peer Power Foundation

Kayla Johnson is a Graduate Assistant at Peer Power since July 2024, responsible for analyzing past ACT prep programs and contributing to the design of new data-driven curricula. With experience as an ACT Prep Instructor since January 2020, Kayla has successfully developed curricula that increased attendee score averages. Previous roles at the Peer Power Foundation include Operations Associate, Assistant Program Director, Success Coach Team Lead, and Success Coach, where Kayla focused on administrative support, team leadership, and fostering active learning through tutoring. Additionally, Kayla interned at Church Health, assisting with operations and spearheading special projects, and gained early experience as a Medical Intern and Scribe at Comprehensive Medical Associates. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from The University of Memphis and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the same institution.
