Jeff Beard

Jeff Beard is an experienced professional in network control and engineering. Currently serving as Manager of Network Control at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission since 2005, Jeff Beard assists with daily operations in the Traffic Operations Center, supporting Duty Officers in incident management and dispatcher supervision. Previously, Jeff Beard worked at TransCore as an Engineering Systems Support Technician from 1992 to 2005, accumulating over 13 years of experience in the maintenance of communications systems. Jeff Beard began their career at Hekimian Laboratories, Inc. as an Engineering Technician from 1990 to 1992, focusing on product development and automated testing systems. Jeff Beard holds a Specialized Associates Degree in Electronics from Electronic Institutes, completed in 1990, and attended Flagler College in 1987.
