Jim Rutkowski

Jim Rutkowski is a Senior Enterprise Development Analyst at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission since July 1999, specializing in development work for various enterprise systems including Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, SAP, and ServiceNow.
