Kelly Decker

Kelly Decker serves as General Litigation & Construction Counsel at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission since September 2011. Prior to this role, Kelly Decker worked as an Attorney at Rhoads & Sinon LLP from January 2005 to September 2011, at Powell Trachtman from November 2001 to January 2005, and at Budd Larner from September 2000 to September 2001. Kelly Decker earned a Juris Doctorate from Penn State Dickinson Law between 1996 and 1999 and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University, obtained from 1992 to 1996.
