Tess West

Tess West is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Program Manager at The People Concern since January 2024, overseeing staff in the Permanent Supportive Housing department. Previous roles include Therapist Trainee at the Institute of Advanced Studies, Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist at Telecare Corporation, and Shallow Subsidy Supervisor at The Salvation Army, where Tess also acted as Program Manager for Permanent Supportive Housing.
