Alex Chester

Alex Chester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and human resources. Currently serving as a Partner and Principal Consultant at The People Design House since September 2021, Alex focuses on enhancing organizational culture and aligning strategic people initiatives with business goals. Prior roles include various positions at Monzo Bank from November 2018 to September 2021, culminating as the US People Lead. Previous experience also includes teaching positions at AQUINAS EDUCATION LIMITED and Marina View School, along with educational leadership as a Literacy Curriculum Leader. Alex holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching (Honours) from the University of Auckland and dual bachelor's degrees in Teaching and Arts from Victoria University of Wellington.
