Imani Payne

Imani Payne is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in supporting high-growth startups and developing strategic people programs. Currently serving as a Principal HRBP Consultant at The People Design House since April 2022, Imani specializes in aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive organizational success. Previously, as Head of People at Peak Design from August 2019 to March 2022, Imani established foundational HR policies and scalable programs to facilitate rapid growth. Prior experience includes roles as Operations and Benefits Manager at Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners, where Imani launched employee engagement initiatives, and as Corporate Relocation Specialist at AIReS, managing global mobility for top executives. Imani holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston.
