Tom Greenfield

Tom Greenfield currently serves as President & CEO of The Philadelphia Contributionship, a position held since December 2019. Prior to this role, Tom was Divisional President and CEO at Republic Group Companies, where responsibilities included overseeing Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Marketing, and compliance, among other areas. Tom's extensive career in the insurance industry also includes serving as Senior Vice President at QBE the Americas, where leadership involved managing operations for a substantial book of business and a large workforce. Earlier positions include Regional Vice President at General Casualty and Vice President at Blue Ridge Insurance Company, focusing on underwriting and operational leadership. Tom began their career at Aetna Life & Casualty as a Manager. Tom holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BS in Finance from Boston College.
