Rob Smith has had a diverse range of work experiences. Rob is the CEO and Founder of The Phluid Project, a company focused on redefining gender labels and creating inclusive spaces. Rob also founded G.E.T Phluid, a diversity and inclusion training program for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
