Joshua Baxley

Joshua Baxley is a skilled practitioner with extensive experience in the mortgage servicing industry. Currently at PhoenixTeam since April 2020, Joshua assists in driving lender engagement workstreams and provides process improvement solutions while documenting Project Management methodologies. Joshua also served as FL Default Manager at Pendergast & Associates, P.C., and held a leadership position as Assistant Vice President at Lender Processing Services, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing teams, mitigating risks, and enhancing operational efficiency.
