Tawana Wagner

Tawana Wagner is an experienced practitioner currently supporting the Phoenix Oversight Group, LLC since March 2020 by providing program management expertise and consulting services to ensure client satisfaction. Prior to this role, Tawana held several project management positions, including at The Anti from August 2018 to December 2019, where leadership focused on enhancing workforce experiences using ServiceNow and AI. Additional project management roles were undertaken while self-employed and during earlier tenures at PHH Mortgage, eHouse, and Productivity Point International in various managerial and analytical capacities. Tawana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Florida and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from the University of Florida.
