Satish Lion

Satish Lion has extensive work experience in the real estate and investment industry. Satish is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Acquisition, Entitlement & Development at The Picerne Group since October 2021. Previously, they were the Managing Director of Southern California at Foremost Pacific Group from June 2020 to October 2021. From July 2016 to June 2020, they held the position of Vice President of Community Development at Foremost Companies. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Foremost Companies from July 2014 to June 2016. Prior to their roles at Foremost Companies, Satish worked at PIMCO as a Vice President of Advisory and Portfolio Management from November 2010 to July 2014. Satish also gained experience as a Credit Analyst at Cambridge Place Investment Management from July 2007 to August 2009. Satish started their career as a Development Manager at Lyme Properties from January 2003 to June 2006.

Satish Lion started their education at UCLA in 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering. Satish then attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2003, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Civil Engineering. In 2006, Satish pursued further education at the London Business School, completing a Masters in Finance program in 2007.
