Anxhelina Prenika

Anxhelina Prenika is an experienced professional in accounting, administration, and operations management, currently serving as the Accounting and Administration Manager at The Pierre & Tana Matisse Foundation since July 2023. Prior to this role, Anxhelina held significant positions at LitWorld from March 2017 to July 2023, including Director of Operations and Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed managing a $2M operating budget, overseeing finance and HR functions, and liaising with a global network of partners. Anxhelina's earlier experience includes volunteer coordination at the International Rescue Committee and leadership roles at various nonprofit organizations, resulting in a robust background in nonprofit management, strategic planning, and staff development.
