Heather Mistretta

Heather Mistretta has over two decades of experience in marketing, currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Pike Construction Services since June 2004. In this role, Heather is responsible for leading enterprise marketing efforts, including market research, employee communications, client development systems, and marketing communications. Previously, Heather held the position of Marketing Director at The Pike Company and LECESSE Construction Services, collaborating closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives. Earlier in the career, Heather worked as a Marketing Coordinator for Montana Mills Bread Company from 1999 to 2004, focusing on maintaining a consistent brand image across 34 retail locations and managing internal and external communications.
