Amanda Foss

Amanda Foss is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and corporate real estate. Currently serving as Vice President of Property Management at The Pizzuti Companies since March 2021, Amanda previously held the position of Director of Property Management. Prior roles include Corporate Real Estate at Cardinal Health and Real Estate Manager at CBRE, where Amanda managed a Class A high-rise office portfolio in Houston, TX. Amanda also served as Senior Property Manager at Spectrum Properties, overseeing a substantial office portfolio in Franklin, TN, and as Property Manager at KUCERA MANAGEMENT, INC., where responsibilities included operational and accounting functions for a commercial portfolio. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Texas State University, along with studies at the University of Freiburg.
