John Kenney

John Kenney serves as the Vice President of Design & Construction at The Pizzuti Companies, a privately held commercial developer, since January 2001. In this role, John oversees the development of business parks, leading the construction of over eight million square feet of industrial buildings and public infrastructure. John initiated and managed membership with the US Green Building Council for The Pizzuti Companies. Previous experience includes roles as Program Chair for the USGBC - Chicago Chapter in 2010, Project Manager at McShane Construction Corporation from January 1998 to January 2000, and Project Manager at FCL Builders Inc. from January 1995 to January 1998, where responsibilities included managing project teams and implementing new software solutions. John Kenney holds a degree from Western Illinois University (1983-1987) and completed education at St. Viator (1979-1983).
