Alison Galarza

Alison Galarza is a registered nurse who currently works as a Tcops at The Plastic Surgery Center. Alison previously worked as a surgical nurse at Monmouth Medical Center from December 2017 to August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a telemetry/surgical/short stay/step down registered nurse at Northwell Health from March 2017 to November 2017. Alison began their career in September 2011 as a cardiac sonographer / vascular tech at Sam Farid LLC where they were responsible for performing quality ultrasound studies, preparing immobile patients for cardiac/vascular testing, collecting data using color flow and Doppler, and recording and documenting all information taken from each test. In February 2012, they transitioned into a role as a registered nurse where they have gained experience in various medical settings.

Alison Galarza has a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Grand Canyon University, an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing from St Paul's School of Nursing-Queens, and a Certificate in Cardiac Sonography from Sanford Brown institute of technology. Alison also has a High School diploma from Manalapan High School. Alison is certified by the American Heart Association in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), by the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in ACLS, and by Cardiac Sonography in CCI.

Alison Galarza reports to Sandra Olivero, Director of Nursing. They are on a team with Gabrielle Tiziani - Tcops, Jennifer Gallant - Tcops, and Laura Williams - Tcops.
