Dron Silas

Dron Silas is an experienced benefit systems analyst currently working at The Plexus Groupe since March 2021, following a role as a data analyst at OptionOne Pharmacy. Prior to that, Dron served as a human resources manager at the University of Oklahoma, focusing on retirement program analysis and administration. Dron's career also includes significant educational roles, such as faculty director and director of education at Wright Career College, where responsibility entailed overseeing educational delivery and curriculum development.
