Beth McQueen

Beth McQueen serves as the Membership Engagement Manager at The Policy Circle since November 2021. Previously, Beth held the position of Outreach Director at CHRIST’S CHURCH from 2014 to November 2021, where notable contributions included presenting at national conferences, developing national models for volunteer training, and managing partnerships. Beth's experience also encompasses a managerial role at J. JILL from 2010 to 2014, focusing on employee training and operational compliance, and a teaching position at North Florida Schools from 1988 to 2006, where leadership roles included Grade Level Chairperson and participation in strategic planning. Beth McQueen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Clemson University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida.
