Katarzyna Subko-Wojtaszek

Katarzyna Subko-Wojtaszek is an experienced Agile and soft-skills trainer at Ericsson since September 2017, specializing in the preparation, conduct, and evaluation of training programs, course content development, and coaching individuals and teams. Additionally, Katarzyna manages global training requests as a Global Resource Manager Education, ensuring effective resource allocation and coordination of sessions. As a coach, team coach, and facilitator for their own training and coaching business since May 2019, Katarzyna focuses on soft skills and individual/team coaching. Involvement with the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association since 2002 includes training organization and youth leader development, while previous experience as a project coordinator at Interservis Sp. z o.o. involved comprehensive event organization. Katarzyna holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Lodz and various coaching certifications, enhancing a strong foundation in training and educational practices.
