Justin Miller is an experienced culinary professional with a comprehensive track record in prestigious dining establishments. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at The Polo Club of Boca Raton since November 2016, Justin has also held the position of Sous Chef at Morimoto South Beach since July 2014 and Michele's from January 2014 to July 2014. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Mizner Productions, Head Cook at Quail Ridge Country Club, and Demi Chef at Boca Raton Resort & Club, where Justin developed skills in high-pressure kitchen environments and refined culinary techniques over nearly two decades in the industry.
