Riley Manthey

Assistant Manager, Health & Safety at The Port of Virginia

Riley Manthey has a history of work experience in various industries. In 2016, Riley worked as an intern with the Maritime Incident Response Team at The Port of Virginia, assisting with tasks and participating in organized programs. In 2018, Riley had an internship with the National Weather Service, gaining experience in day-to-day operations. During the same year, Riley also had a role as a Team Member at a Chick-fil-A restaurant, working on the front counter and drive-thru. Currently, Riley holds the position of Assistant Operations Manager at The Port of Virginia, where they focus on ensuring the smooth operations of Rail Mounted Gantries at Virginia International Gateway using various systems.

Riley Manthey attended Cape Henry Collegiate and obtained a High School Diploma in 2015. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Mary Washington from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science.
