Kaeli Bunger is an experienced operations manager currently with The Portico Collection, Inc. since February 2022. Previously, Bunger worked as a line cook at Cowboy Jacks Saloon, where responsibilities included creating made-to-order dishes and upholding safety sanitation standards. Bunger also completed culinary internships at Sheraton Dallas Hotel and Camp Huawni, gaining experience in large-scale food preparation and menu planning for dietary restrictions. In addition, Bunger served as a community assistant at Stephen F. Austin State University, providing support and building community for students. Bunger holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality and Culinary from Stephen F. Austin State University and a high school diploma from Lakehill Preparatory School.
