Richard Alcala

Richard Alcala is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in video system design and facility maintenance. Currently serving as a Senior Post Engineer at IMAX since February 2018, Richard also holds the position of Senior Video Engineer at Post Engineering Services since August 2010, focusing on facility design and engineering support. Richard has previously worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Deluxe Culver City and Efilm Hollywood, along with a role as Design Engineer at Production Associates Inc., where expertise in AutoCad documentation and project management was demonstrated. Additional roles include Senior Video Engineer positions at Company3 and Tecnicolor Digital Intermediates, as well as leadership as Director of Engineering at New Hat LLC and The Post Group. Richard's educational background includes studies at Pierce College.
