Jessica Ivins

Jessica Ivins is an accomplished UX leader with extensive experience in research, design, and education. Currently serving as Lead UX Researcher at The Predictive Index since September 2021, Jessica sets organizational standards for UX research practices. As the founder and lead organizer of the Chattanooga UX Design Meetup from 2014 to 2018, Jessica facilitated community engagement. Previous roles include UX Leader at Center Centre-UIE, where Jessica developed products for UX designers, and Senior UX Specialist at AWeber Communications, where Jessica implemented UX design practices. Additionally, Jessica has held positions at Happy Cog, G2 Interactive, and Perficient, showcasing a comprehensive background in user experience across various organizations. Jessica holds a degree in Fine Arts & Art Education, specializing in Web Design and Multimedia from The College of New Jersey.
