Lexie Cain

Lexie Cain is a seasoned professional in technology solutions and healthcare staffing, currently serving as the Director of Commercial and MDU Technology Solutions at The Premier Group since June 2023. In this role, Lexie leads a team focused on developing innovative technology systems for commercial and multifamily projects through strategic planning and project management. Prior to this position, Lexie worked at Medasource as an Allied Health - Nursing Account Executive, addressing nursing shortages and improving patient care through effective partnerships with healthcare organizations. Lexie's diverse experience also includes roles as a Technical Recruiter, Office Manager, and various sales representative positions in technology and hospitality. Lexie holds two bachelor's degrees from Ball State University, one in Professional Sales and another in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
