Stephen Custred

Stephen Custred is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate, security, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at The Premier Property Group in Seacrest Beach since June 2022, Stephen is part of the largest locally owned independent real estate firm in Northwest Florida. In addition, Stephen founded 30A Barks in September 2017, offering healthy gourmet dog treats driven by a passion for animals. Prior to these roles, Stephen held significant positions within the U.S. Department of State as both a Diplomatic Security Team Leader and Chief of Operations, overseeing high-threat security teams in politically sensitive regions. Stephen's career began in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Ranger from February 2002 to February 2005, participating in combat deployments and earning the Combat Infantry Badge. Educationally, Stephen holds an MBA from American Military University and a BBA from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
