Aimee Symington

Aimee Symington is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilitation and leadership. Currently serving as a Master Facilitator at The Presentation Company since January 2020, Aimee specializes in transforming complex ideas into compelling business narratives. In addition, Aimee has been a Negotiation Skills Facilitator at RED BEAR Negotiation Company since 2019 and has held the position of CEO and Professional Development Facilitator at Finesse Worldwide, Inc. since September 2004, where courses on business etiquette and social skills are offered. Aimee's earlier role as Senior Vice President at Bank of America involved overseeing a major culture change initiative that trained over 90,000 associates nationwide. Aimee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Michigan and a high school diploma from Roeper City & Country School.
