Emily Horrell

Emily Horrell is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Practice Manager for Behavioral Health at The Primary Health Network since February 2022. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of Managing Director of Operations for six Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinics in Western Pennsylvania from May 2017 to January 2022. Emily’s extensive experience also includes roles as a Compliance Officer and various positions as a Licensed Practical Nurse, culminating in a leadership role as Regional Director-North. Emily Horrell holds an Associate's degree in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training from Mercer County Career Center and a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Westminster College (PA).
