Katie Layland has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Katie started their career at CPI Corp., where they worked as a Picture Me Portrait Studios District Manager. In this role, they were responsible for employee training, customer service, and photography. After 12 years at CPI Corp., they joined The Princeton Review, where they held various positions. Katie started as a Senior Educational Advisor and Coaching Lead, providing consultation and mentoring for standardized test preparation. Katie then became a Regional Tutoring Manager, where they managed tutoring services and enrollment in multiple states. Later on, they served as an Operations Manager for e-learning, focusing on recruiting and training. Most recently, they held the role of Director of Operations, overseeing staffing, teacher training, and operational aspects of online test preparation courses. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in employee management, customer service, and training.

Katie Layland attended Marywood University from 1994 to 1998, studying Music Performance and English. Prior to that, they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Seton Keough High School from 1991 to 1994. Katie also briefly attended Franklin High School in 1990-1991.
