Debbie Hiskins

Debbie Hiskins is an experienced professional in the finance and education sectors, currently serving as Lead Business Analyst and Business Analyst Manager at Principality Building Society since April 2018, overseeing a team of eight on a complex transformation programme. Previously, from 2010 to 2018, Debbie worked as a Business Analyst, successfully delivering various projects including regulatory compliance with GDPR and enhancements to customer experiences. Earlier experience includes serving as a Mortgage Underwriter, where responsibilities involved assessing lending applications and prioritizing workflow efficiently.
