Lou Bassett

Lou Bassett has extensive experience in IT service and database management, currently serving as IT Service Operations Manager at Principality Building Society since November 2010, where previous roles included IT Service and Governance Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Lead Developer, and Senior Database Administrator. Prior experience includes positions as Web Database Administrator at kgb, DBA at WRVS, and Senior Database Administrator at GXS. Lou began a career in IT after gaining a BA(Hons) in History and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Wales, Cardiff, completing education in 1996 and 1998, respectively, and also worked as a Microsoft Certified Technical Trainer at e-academy and as a Graduate Trainee at Hyder plc.
