Sara Packer

Sara Packer is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in project management and business development. Currently serving as Scrum Master and Project Manager at Principality Building Society since September 2016, Sara has previously held the role of Business Development Manager at Bridgebank Capital, where responsibilities included relationship management and lead generation. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Sequence - Your Digital Agency, firstly as Head of Delivery, overseeing resource management and project implementation, and later as Head of Support Services, focusing on customer service and team performance. Earlier in the career, Sara was a Business Development Manager at Beacon Homeloans, where the focus was on managing relationships with mortgage intermediaries. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
