Boudewijn Tulkens is a seasoned privacy expert and corporate professional with over 30 years of experience. Currently, Tulkens serves as the Founder of The Privacy Factory, a comprehensive GDPR solution provider established in October 2014, emphasizing the knowledge and management aspects of GDPR implementation. Since April 1998, Tulkens has been the Owner of Livia Projectmanagement, focusing on project management with an emphasis on soft controls and IT processes. Previously, Tulkens was a Partner at Sense and Flow from January 2013 to September 2014, where innovative problem-solving approaches were developed for companies facing challenges.
