Lila Williams

Lila Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 1997, they worked in various positions at Red Robin until 2002. From 2003 to 2006, they worked in an accounting role at Neighborhood House. In 2006, they joined Evia Events as a Business Manager & Event Project Manager and held this position until 2015. Lila then became the Director of Business Administration at Evia Events from 2015 to 2021. Following this, they served as the Executive Director, People, Culture, and Finance at Evia Events from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Lila holds the position of Chief Impact Officer at Evia Events starting in June 2022. In addition to their other roles, they also owned and operated Along The Way Doula Care starting in March 2010.
