Duncan Benning

Duncan Benning exhibits extensive experience in customer service and management within the cycling industry. Currently serving as a CX Rep at The Pro's Closet since December 2021, Duncan previously owned and managed Transit Cycles from January 2014 to January 2021, where a focus on team building and exceptional customer service led to significant revenue growth. Prior to that, Duncan was a manager at Trek Bicycles of Tucson from 2007 to 2012, implementing a customer-first approach to enhance brand promotion. Additionally, Duncan gained experience in sales at Summit Hut in 2006-2007. Educational background includes attendance at Antioch College from 1994 to 1995.
