Annie Yan

Annie Yan is a highly experienced legal professional, currently serving as a Senior Associate General Counsel/Associate General Counsel at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Prior to their current role, Annie held positions at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Yan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where Annie graduated Cum Laude and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Annie also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Peking University, where Annie graduated as an Honors Graduate.
