Durdy Babylov's work experience begins in 2006 as a Trainer and Lecturer at Moscow State Technological University "Stankin", where they conducted laboratory works, seminars, and delivered educational lectures. In 2008, they joined an Individual Entrepreneur company, focusing on business development, client and partner relations, until 2016. From 2009 to 2014, Durdy worked at Apple Authorized Premium Reseller "tmStore" and Authorized Service Provider "iService" as a Co-Owner and Tech and Business Development Director. Durdy'sresponsibilities included managing the online store and vendor's platform, analyzing market opportunities, developing sales strategies, and providing technical consultations. Durdy also opened an authorized service center and conducted troubleshooting and repairs. Durdy then worked as a Project Field Technical Assistant at UNDP Turkmenistan from 2016 to 2018. Durdy'smost recent role, starting in 2018, has been with European Profiles Greece, where they served as the Lead Digital Learning Expert and was involved in introducing digital competencies and technology-enabled learning in Turkmenistan's education sector. Durdy also managed grant and mini-project development, including updating curricula and training materials in various areas such as finance and robotics. Currently, Durdy is employed as the Partnerships and Local Institutional Capacity Development Lead at The QED Group, starting in November 2021.

Durdy Babylov completed their education from 2002 to 2008 at the Stankin Moscow State Technological University (МГТУ "Станкин"). Durdy earned a master's degree in Linguistic and Software Support of Computer-Aided Design (САПР).
