Daneile Hicks

Daneile Hicks currently serves as the Executive Manager of Finance at NAGICO Insurances, a position held since November 2012, where responsibilities include group budget preparation, strategic planning, management reporting, coordination of statutory audits, financial analysis, and reinsurance. Additionally, Daneile has been involved with Peak Re since April 2016, gaining experience and training in finance, planning, underwriting, and analytics. Prior to NAGICO, Daneile worked as an Audit Manager at Ram & McRae from August 2010 to November 2012, overseeing all audit engagements. Academic credentials include an ACCA in Accounting from the Financial Training Company in London and a Bachelor’s Degree in Bsc Accounting from the University of Guyana.
