John MacMillan

John MacMillan is an experienced Business Systems Analyst currently at The Quarto Group since November 2021, where responsibilities include developing and supporting SSIS packages and SSRS reports, understanding business processes for ERP software optimization, and troubleshooting issues with actionable recommendations. Previously, John held the position of Lead Software Engineer at NexRep, LLC from June 2018 to January 2020, contributing to onshore contact center solutions. From November 2014 to March 2018, John served as Director of Technology / Project Management at SimplyDIRECT, managing software development projects and designing a CRM Portal Application. Additionally, John was the Director of Systems and Software Development at Weather Analytics from January 2010 to October 2014. Education was completed at Mount Wachusett Community College.
