Jennifer Hanks Allaire

Jennifer Hanks Allaire is a co-founder of The Grandmother Collective, where the focus is on empowering grandmother-inclusive organizations and showcasing grandmothers as impactful social resources. Allaire serves as a board member for the Grandmother Project, which promotes grandmothers as leaders for global development, and chairs the US Advisory Board for The Queen's Commonwealth Trust. Previous experience includes board membership at SOPHIA Oxford, where efforts were directed towards engaging the private sector in reducing global poverty. As a nonprofit consultant from 2017 to 2020, Allaire also held key roles at AdMonsters and The New York Times, leading digital development and consulting initiatives. Allaire's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Barnard College, Columbia University, and a Master of Science in Public Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
