Amber Wood

Amber Wood is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance at Panmure Liberum since May 2023. In addition, Amber holds the position of Deputy Chair of the Secondary Markets Expert Group at The Quoted Companies Alliance since November 2021. Previously, Amber led compliance teams at Cenkos Securities plc, Shore Capital, Puma Investments UK, and held various compliance roles at Straumur Investment Bank and its divisions. Amber's educational background includes a BSc in Psychology from the Open University, completed between 2003 and 2007.
