Lucy Ellis (O'Donoghue) is an experienced professional in public health and humanitarian work, currently serving as a Transformer at The Ready since March 2022. In addition, Lucy is the Founder of AidMamas, a global community of over 4,000 mothers supporting the integration of family and humanitarian efforts. Previous roles include positions as a Creative Consultant at DSIL Global, Public Health Practice Director at Red Team Thinking®, and leadership consulting at Eithos. Lucy contributed significantly at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as a Health Scientist, supporting global health leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lucy also has experience with UNICEF in Pakistan and Action Against Hunger across multiple countries.
