Lucy Ellis (O'Donoghue)

Lucy Ellis (O'Donoghue) is an experienced professional in public health and humanitarian work, currently serving as a Transformer at The Ready since March 2022. In addition, Lucy is the Founder of AidMamas, a global community of over 4,000 mothers supporting the integration of family and humanitarian efforts. Previous roles include positions as a Creative Consultant at DSIL Global, Public Health Practice Director at Red Team Thinking®, and leadership consulting at Eithos. Lucy contributed significantly at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as a Health Scientist, supporting global health leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lucy also has experience with UNICEF in Pakistan and Action Against Hunger across multiple countries. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a Conjoint Bachelor of Business Studies and Bachelor of Arts from Massey University, complemented by cultural studies and humanitarian action coursework.
